Holi: Too much water can be cold!

Sometimes things can seriously take a U turn and still come out to be nice. Talking about today, it was one unexpected yet memorable day. What started out as small and uncertain ended up very late, cold yet a very nice time.

As I had already mentioned all my Holi celebration have always been unique its own kind and this year also it was no exception. Maybe there were some more extra oomph! to it as well. I guess im in the mood to write so ill write almost all that went down(got wet) today:

First of all, i thought there was a plan of what was supposed to happen today, but turns out there was nothing of that such. I ended up at Ashims' after finding out actualy that i wasnt supposed to celebrate Holi since some one passed away in my family tree, but after consulting and coaxing i went out anyways. So, after watching a bit of Sin City, me, ashim and summit headed out still not sure where were supposed to be headed. So, after reaching New Road and after Sharmila, and Sharmila's, Summit's and Ashim's frens got together with us, we had become by the afternoon a pretty big group who in Prasoons' house had already been able to drench each other and color each other wild. Anyways, the party had been officially started and we quickly had something to eat(i was very hungry and got as many bites as i could) and were off to some place being lead by someone.
The next stop was The Organic Bar. The DJ was playing some whacked up stuff and about 4 guys were just siting looking at the DJ playing the crap, it was very depressing. But that was short lived as the atmosphere was quickly changed as Summit and Jyoti were kind enough to throw me into the "small, covered with slime, green, and full of fish" pond-like-thing. Not only was the water FREEZING but the dirty, freezing water went down my nose, in my throat and it felt REALLY REALLY COLD.Then after everyone had been successfully dipped in the pool and after i had been THROWN more than 5 times it seems everyone felt cold(finally) and we were searching for some other place to crash. Then came one guy who knew a place.
But, the guy didnt know any such HAPPENING place, and we just served as escorts so that he could pick up his girlfriend and we again ended up in the same place and i ended up in the pool more than 1,2, or even 3 times again. So after, being drenched, colored, and other nice stuffs, the sun was about to set, the dance floor had already been set ablaze (kinda) we needed to go someplace TO GET WARM.Everyone was about to freeze to death. But help was on the way, and finally we ended up around a big fire,, warming all parts of our body with nice food, great talk and most of all awesome company. Ended up at home at around 10, so far the longest Holi ive ever played.
This things already to damn long for anyone to read , there were other stuffs i forgot to mention, the silver colors, the film, the cadburry, the bike ride, the peoples misssed, and all the other fun details that went on through out the day, people having their pants torn, people catching fish in their pockets, people taking their hands where its not supposed to go and stuff. All in all it was one hell of a day, completely unexpected, unplanned but all in all a good time throughout. Except the fact that i nearly died of starvation and Hypothermia all was cool.
Prost!!!
